Ashok Selvan and Sanchita Shetty in the lead role starrer movie is Villa (PIZZA 2). This is an Indian Tamil horror film, written and directed by debutant Deepan Chakravarthy. Santhosh Narayanan who had earlier composed the songs for Pizza. And produced by Good Friends Cinema. The movie has hit the screens today.
• Story:
  The second installment in the franchise follows the life of an ambitious writer Jebin, Jebin (Ashok Selvan) a wishful writer, who is on the watch for a publisher to back his first novel but unfortunatelly, Jebin’s father (Nasser)’s death makes him emotionally weak. He is leading his remaining life with his father’s memories. One fine day Jebin’s family lawyer sai that he is having a Villa in Bheemili his father has left behind. Even before he could publish his first novel, Jebin & Aarthi, having moved into the villa, begins working on his second novel. Meanwhile, Jebin stumbles upon a few paintings in his new abode and strange things begin to happen. Jebin sets out to find the secret behind the paintings. Later he realizes why his father has kept the Villa secret from him. For the twists and turns you should watch the movie on the silver screen.

  Sanchita Shetty as a selfish girlfriend is remarkably good in a few scenes.First half of the film is slow, second half of the film is good.Nasser perfectly Suits for his role as Heros father.Outstanding Cinematography.
  Minus:
  Few scenes in the second half are the big minus to the movie.

Ashok Selvan disappoints as an actor. This character needs a skillful actor.
The screenplay should be better.
The director should learn some lessons with this movie.

Overall:

Overall, an above average movie. Watch the movie without expectations. The fans of Horror movies will not enjoy this movie. All over I can say “Give it a try”.
